Mitaka no Mori Ghibli Museum

Mitaka no Mori Ghibli Museum

It’s a very special worldview.

This is a museum where you can experience the world of Studio Ghibli, the creator of such animated films as My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away.

There is an exhibition room where you can learn how animation works and how it is produced, a library and reading room, and screenings of original short animations.

The museum requires a reservation for a specific date and time, but those who live or work in Mitaka City can purchase a special ticket for citizens.
