A historic soba noodle shop established in 1923 and frequented by great writers
We are proud of our buckwheat noodles made from buckwheat flour purchased from a contract farmer in Hokkaido and made with well water. Natural prawns fried in our own blend of sesame oil. The meat tsukesero using Tokyo brand pork "TOKYO X" is popular. With a wide variety of menu items such as salad udon and rice bowls, the restaurant is loved by local residents. In addition, we also have a variety of plates, mainly Minoyaki and Arita-yaki. Please enjoy the homemade Soba miso, which the writer Osamu Dazai used to drink as a snack.
