Japanese Food Studio

Our belief is that it is our pleasure to carefully use up the fish that fishermen risked their lives to catch, the seafood that we have worked hard to cultivate, the vegetables that farmers have painstakingly grown, and the sake that we have brewed with all of our hearts and souls. We are a small store, so our young staff does their best. The restaurant offers counter seats, table seats, and sunken kotatsu zashiki, making it suitable for a variety of situations. We are waiting for you with seasonal handmade dishes and simply good food with famous shochu and limited local sake.
