With the motto, "Life-size and realistic veterinary care", we try to provide community-based medical care that is not excessive or insufficient. While we do not provide unreasonable treatment in accordance with the circumstances and wishes of each pet owner, we also make referrals to advanced medical institutions when necessary. We value gentleness, sincerity, and kindness, which do not frighten either animals or their owners. We provide self-service second opinions. When we are not sure of a decision, we consult with a veterinarian specializing in each field, so owners do not have to go through the trouble of getting a second opinion. Of course, if the owner requests a second opinion from another veterinarian, we will promptly write a letter of introduction. Veterinary care is a two-person, three-way partnership between the owner and the veterinarian. Please do not hesitate to consult with us on any matter, no matter how trivial it may seem.
