A buckwheat noodle bar and restaurant that has maintained its traditional taste since its opening in 1930.
Founded in 1930 in Mitaka コラル. It is a buckwheat noodle bar and restaurant that serves mainly homemade handmade buckwheat noodles using buckwheat flour from Horokanai in Hokkaido, all kinds of Japanese dishes made by craftsmen such as seasonal fish and tempura, and about 80 kinds of local sake. We have a variety of dishes only available in this restaurant, such as Hakkaisan draft beer directly sent from the brewery and "Soba Sweets" which won the gold prize in the gourmet contest in 三鷹市.
