Mitaka Ekimae Ginza Shopping Street is located off the station’s South Exit deck. The area is lined with buildings that house banks, real estate, and other businesses. Coffee shops and fast-food restaurants are conveniently situated for meeting people. You can stop by after work at restaurants, pubs, karaoke bars with your friends.
Traditional specialist shops such as watchmakers, stationery shops, haberdasheries, pharmacies, and beauty salons remain within its changing environment. The scenery in front of the station is a reflection of our changing times.
In cooperation with several adjacent shopping associations, we also hold events to bring fun to the local community. In November, the trees lining Chuo Dori Avenue are illuminated and the fantastic view attracts people.
